About Yi Xian

Every match is a fresh deckbuilding experience. Choose from 24 characters across 4 sects, cultivate from the Qi Refining stage, advance through successive realms, and strengthen your deck by exchanging and combining cards to build powerful strategies and defeat every opponent.

Note: the character 弈 in the Chinese title means "to play chess". Because 弈 and 奕 are homophones, the name is often mistyped as 奕仙牌 — it refers to the same game.

Gameplay Features

Every match is a fresh deckbuilding run: draw, pick, combine, and refine your way to a strongest deck on the path of cultivation.

Cards Building

You will draw a lot of cards on the path of cultivation. Pick the right ones to build your deck, and exert their biggest power by combining and collocating them. No two games play the same.

Sub-Profession

In each game you can choose a sub-profession, each with a set of exclusive cards. The same character builds completely different decks with different sub-professions, greatly increasing replayability.

Immortal Fates

Immortal Fates are gifts received on the path of cultivation. Every breakthrough presents multiple random Fates based on your sect and character. Their effects vary from card draw and stat boosts to passive abilities, and some even ask you to rebuild your deck around them.

Fortunes

After each battle there is a small chance to encounter a fortune card, granting Spiritual Pet, Talisman, and Guild Secret Spell cards. These rare cards often inspire brand-new deck ideas.

Battle with Other Players

Every opponent is a real player online, and everyone builds a deck from scratch. Each battle tests your deck’s strength, and losing multiple battles gets you eliminated. Devise strategies and climb to the top of cultivation.

Game Modes

PvP Battles

Compete against online players. Cultivate from the Qi Refining stage, grow your deck through exchanges and combinations, build powerful routines, and defeat every opponent to win. Supports 1–8 players.

PvE: Uncharted Realms

A solo adventure mode. Dive into uncharted realms and take on unique enemies and stages to sharpen your deckbuilding skills without interference from other players.

Heavenly Paths

A main-story mode with stage-based puzzles. Follow the story on a journey to mend the heavens, explore the characters and world across chapters, then solve handcrafted battle puzzles by refining your card choices and play order.
